Support where you need it most

    Final Coordination Support

When you’ve done the planning—but don’t want to run the event

You’ve already put in the work to plan your event. Now you need someone to step in, organize the final details, and make sure everything runs the way it should.

I take over in the final stretch—confirming vendors, tightening timelines, and managing the logistics—so you don’t have to spend your event troubleshooting behind the scenes.

    This includes:

    - Vendor coordination and final confirmations

    - RSVP tracking and guest list management

    - Timeline development and execution

    - Day-of coordination and on-site supervision

You stay present with your guests. I handle everything happening behind the scenes.

    Full Planning & Execution

When you want it handled from start to finish

If your team doesn’t have the time, capacity, or desire to manage an event internally, I handle the planning, coordination, and execution from beginning to end.

From shaping the initial plan to managing vendors and overseeing the event itself, I take care of the details so your team can stay focused on their work.

    This includes:

    - Full event planning and project management

    - Vendor sourcing, coordination, and contract support

    - Budget development and tracking

    - Event design and layout planning

    - RSVP tracking and guest communication

    - Detailed timeline creation and management

    - On-site coordination and supervision

You don’t have to carry the planning process. I take it on and keep everything moving.
