Hi, I’m Tiffany Creaghe-Harder, founder and principal event planner of Make It Organized, a 100% Indigenous-owned event planning company based in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

With nearly 20 years of business administration experience, I specialize in in-person corporate events for under 500 attendees — including conferences, AGMs, retreats, and milestone celebrations.

At Make It Organized, every event is designed with connection, creativity, and purpose in mind. My approach blends authenticity and seamless coordination, ensuring your team and guests can focus on what matters most.

As a Dakota woman and proud member of Long Plain First Nation, I bring cultural pride, thoughtfulness, and genuine care to every project.
